With over 25 million views on TikTok and 78,000 Instagram posts, Stanleys have gone viral. Celebrities like Adele, Hannah Brown and Shay Mitchell have shown off their Stanley’s on social media. With all of this hype, it’s not a surprise that Briar Woods wants to show off theirs as well. Water bottles like Stanley’s and Hydro Flasks have become popular with teens because of social media influencers, durability and variety of color choices.

Hailey Hansen is a freshman who owns a Stanley. Hansen talks about how she is a fan of Stanley’s “I saw some influencers that I follow on TikTok and Instagram”. Hansen also mentions parts of the Stanley that stood out to her “The handle, straw and the color and the bottom is made so it can fit in a cup holder”.

One of the key features that make both brands appealing to consumers are the over 15 colors. “I think their variety  since they have a lot of different water bottles  that you can have and different colors that you can get them in,” said Raquel Krick, a Briar Woods freshman. Stanley’s also have many colored choices and features.

Hydro Flasks and Stanley’s are even popular at local middle schools, such as Eagle Ridge. “I was actually excited because they’re popular and they’re actually pretty cute some features that stand out for me is it’s durability, I’ve dropped it multiple times but it still only has like one or two scratches” said 8th grader Bellamy Brophy.

Whether you like the color, the features, or if it keeps the temperature of your beverage hot or cold you’ll definitely be seeing them on your  social media feed or in the hallways.
