-ginger

-lemon

-honey

-a shake of cinnamon powder

Boil 5 cups of water. Add some chopped ginger, lemon, honey and a shake of cinnamon powder.

Turmeric tea

Ingredients needed:

-turmeric powder

-lemon juice

-honey

Boil 5 cups of water. Add 1 Tbsp of turmeric powder and 2 Tbsp of lemon juice.

Mint tea

-honey

Boil 3 cups of water and the desired amount of mint leaves and boil till it’s pale yellow. Strain the tea and add some lemon and honey.

Cinnamon tea

Ingredients needed:

-cinnamon powder

-honey

Add 1 Tbsp of cinnamon powder to the boiling water and let it rest for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture and add some honey.
